Before founding Japan Communications Inc. in 1996, Frank Sanda served as CEO of Apple Computer Japan and Vice President and General Manager at Motorola Inc. Dr. Sanda has extensive experience in finance, having filled senior officer positions at Citibank and Merrill Lynch in the United States. He also spent 12 years working in the railroad industry in both Canada and the United States. An engineer by trade, Dr. Sanda holds a Ph.D., and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

 Greg Deickman joined the JCI Group in 2005 and has held various roles in networking and systems development. Prior to joining JCI, Greg worked on numerous initiatives in the healthcare and web services industries. Greg has a degree in computer science from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. 

A member of the Board of Directors since 2004, Naohisa Fukuda joined JCI as a Senior Vice President of Marketing in 2002.
Most recently Mr. Fukuda served as VP of Marketing at Apple Computer Inc. in California. He has also held various management positions at Apple Computer Japan, including Director of Business Operations and Director of Marketing. Mr. Fukuda has entrepreneurial experience, having started his own company while a student at the University of Tokyo. He holds an MBA from Dartmouth College.
